Resolved: Tripair - Surname on booking misspelt
Pressure from complaints and social media exposure They did the right thing and reissued my ticket with my name spelled correctly
I booked a one way flight with tripair from Bali to Townsville . In the confirmation email my name was spelled correctly though written twice.
On the subsequent e ticket, my surname had been misspellled.
I informed them and they wanted me to pay 100 euros to fix their mistake. Now they are not replying to my emails and when i call to the helpline, the line goes dead half way through the call. this has happened 4 times.
I really need this resolved as soon as possible. I may not be allowed to board my flight if my passport name does not match the name on the ticket
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $480.
Preferred solution: put the correct spelling of my name on my ticket.
Tripair Pros: Booking and pricing for offers.
Tripair Cons: Any support or customer service is not honored, Not being able to make contact.

Issue is now resolved thanks to pressure from raising the complaint here and on social media
